Your
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and enhance profitability.
Customer Engagement
:
Grow existing relationships, reduce churn, and meet customer expectations.
Team Development
:
Oversee and develop branch staff, ensuring continuous training and
succession planning
.
Market Expansion:
Monitor market trends, promote KN products, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Quality Assurance
:
Ensure operations align with QSHE standards.

Your Skills
and Experiences Proven background in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Transportation, with expertise in international freight operations.
Experience managing
diverse
teams and motivating staff for high performance.
Degree/Diploma in International Business, Trade, Logistics, or related field preferred. Freight forwarding apprenticeship is an asset.
