client seeking a Billing Administrator. As the Billing Administrator you will create invoices, credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders. If you are a Billing professional with excellent customer service, organizational, and
communication skills

What you get to do every day – Keep accounting records up to date with all new payments, balances, customer information etc.
– Manage billing complaints and help customers – Issue periodical customer account statements – Check for billing data accuracy and fix any errors as needed – Provide customers with bills and invoices via available channels – Manage customer accounts, check for outstanding debts, incorrect or incomplete information, or other problems – Send reminders for payments and contact customers if needed – Engage with vendors/clients regarding billing adjustments – Draw up needed information for bills receivable calculation – Follow up with vendor/client requests
Job Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree preferred.
