Bilingual Sales Associate (Spanish and English) Jobs in Goldsboro, NC at Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership
We are seeking someone with a great smile, a warm and friendly personality, maturity, capacity to learn, team orientation, and ideally successful retail sales experience. Bilingual Skills are Required (English and Spanish).
Primary Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will be making customers feel welcome and appreciated, and helping them find the furniture, electronics, and appliances they desire. Other responsibilities include following up by telephone on customer leads, taking payments, helping set up and maintain a beautiful showroom by merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and pricing merchandise.
Job Requirements
In addition to the requirements stated above, the additional expectations are:
- Able to work five days, 40 to 45 hours per week between Monday to Saturday (closed Sundays.)
- Satisfactory criminal background check and driving record.
- Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Compensation:
$16 to $18 per hour based on prior experience and track record of success plus sales commissions and bonuses. Pay increases are based on performance, not a schedule. Spanish Language Bonus: A bonus of $500 will be paid for bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) after 6 months and $1,000 will be paid after 12 months.
