We are seeking a skilled custom cabinet installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom cabinet installation and be proficient in various installation tasks. This role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of various components, including doors, frames, and other structures.
- Execute plumb and level adjustments to ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required during installations and restorations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the cabinet industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
