Bilingual Employment Coach
Full-Time, Permanent
42-45k- year (to be negotiated)

The Role:
Career coaches offer support and guidance, using their skills and knowledge of the labour market to:
Understand their client’s needs, barriers, motivations, and interests
Prepare an accurate and detailed assessment of the client’s current employment situation, documenting and acknowledging any pertinent challenges to employment including but not limited to physical, mental, neurodevelopmental, psychosocial, language or technological barriers.
Review an employment plan with the client and clarify client’s service expectations and the methods that will be used to address these challenges
Research relevant job opportunities and companies of interest to present to the client
Provides client with community resource information and tools for success
In collaboration with the client, assist in job searching components and the preparation of documents such as cover letters, résumés, employer follow up letters, applications to employment, and more.
Manage and store client information in paper and electronic file formats.
Other duties as assigned.
