Boutique Park Avenue law firm seeks attorney to write, research, report, schedule, and prepare contracts and other legal documents. In addition, the position requires strong administrative duties and will interface with the staff of the nation’s largest legal awards program. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, a strong English and writing background, and exceptional organizational skills. The successful candidate will need to work closely with the Partner and Executive Director on legal events. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a top tier university. The position includes benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Document preparation, contract drafting, and editing
- Conducting thorough administrative responsibilities
- Perform legal research
- Making detailed travel arrangements
- Assist on research of case law, statutory law and regulatory law for municipal client
- Coordinating detailed scheduling and calendaring for law firm and legal awards events
- Extensive use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Qualifications and Skills
- Energetic
- Self-starter
- Must be extremely personable
- Excellent Academic Background
- Writing and editing
- Excellent and organized administrator
- Skilled proofreader; able to assist in drafting
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience in PR and event planning are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
