PLUS is a Canadian retailer of exclusive sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles for People Like US. We offer the most sought-after sneakers, apparel and accessories from various brands around the world.
As part of our management team, you’ll have the opportunity to experience what it’s like to assist in operating a Plus store with the help of the rest of our team. As such, the candidate we are looking for must bring an entrepreneurial mindset and take pride in their performance.
Location: Rideau Centre
General Responsibilities:
Uphold the highest level of customer service and coach your team to provide the same level of service
Build and train a strong team of salespeople to meet daily sales goals
Control inventory with the utmost accuracy and organize transfers between stores
Maintain high store cleanliness standards and upkeep store appearance
Schedule staff to maintain appropriate coverage
Help manage, develop and train sales talent
Implement merchandising, loss prevention, and scheduling strategies
Create a comfortable, healthy and safe work environment for all team members
Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales
Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management
A High School graduate or GED equivalent. Post-Secondary is an asset.
Strong knowledge of the Sneaker and Streetwear industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills to maintain and build our clientele
Strong leadership skills to motivate staff and implement selling strategies
Fast-learner and ability to adapt to new backend systems
Weekend hours are required
