You will
Coordinate the collection, coding, approval and payment process of invoices in a fast-paced environment
Sort, match and scan invoices with supporting backup
Perform accurate data entry of payables into AP processing system
Manage and administer the monthly payment cycle, including EFT, ACH, manual cheques and e-filing
Maintain vendor files in the CRM database
Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
Complete Vendor Statement reconciliations and follow up, when needed
Assist with preparation of monthly GST filing
Collect payroll time sheets and enter into Payroll software
Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required
You have
1 – 3 years of accounting/administrative-related experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
Some post-secondary education in Accounting
A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
An excellent attitude and a sense of humour!
Strong competency in Outlook, Excel and Word
Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy and multi-tasking abilities
Proven ability to work in team

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
