We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports day-to-day office operations, including administrative duties, bookkeeping, payroll, and HR support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well independently, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and office support.
  • Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll using QuickBooks.
  • Process employee onboarding paperwork and support HR-related administration.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, payroll, and bookkeeping required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
