We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Yacht Broker to join our luxury yacht sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales expertise, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for the yachting industry. Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events
- Manage client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored yacht solutions
- Conduct negotiations to facilitate yacht sales and purchases, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners to expand market reach
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines
- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote yacht listings via digital channels and targeted campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Assist in technical sales discussions by leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within the luxury or marine industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value transactions effectively

Pay: $45,172.39-$238,682.58 per year
