Job Summary
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for an array of functions that may include but isn’t limited to; processing and reconciling invoices, data entry as required, accepting deliveries, receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Administrative duties will also be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding technician inventory requirements based on platforms and geographical locations.
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery/pickup area.
Manage equipment transfers and resolve work orders.
Send reports and inquiries to vendors, addressing any concerns related to equipment.
Participate in audits, conducting physical counts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring compliance.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
Record keeping of all units that are to be returned or restocked.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop.
Keep the warehouse and work area organized and safe at all times.
Operate forklift if applicable or pallet jack as needed.
We will provide training in certification of pallet jack and forklift as required.
What you offer:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Good communication, organizational, time management skills.
Dependable and Reliable.
Ability to handle unexpected events and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Drive (Google Sheets, in particular).
Must have a driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract (will reimburse upon receipt).
Must have CSA approved work boots.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
