Overview
We are seeking an experienced Painter to perform high-quality interior painting, including surface preparation, trim work, and detailed finishing on residential and light commercial properties. This role also includes occasional drywall touch-ups and small repairs as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare interior surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, and priming
- Apply high-quality paint finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trim, stair railings, and exterior features
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired color and finish
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and protect surrounding areas
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and meet client expectations
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Perform minor drywall repairs or touch-ups as needed to support paint prep
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional painting experience (residential or light commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver smooth, clean finishes
- Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Experience with minor drywall repair, mudding, or patching (preferred but not required)
- Background in carpentry, construction, or home repair is a plus
- Must be a problem-solver who takes pride in quality craftsmanship
- Clean driving record required
- Authorized to work in the U.S., as well as in New York and Connecticut (no sponsorship available)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs
