About Us
We are a growing, medium-sized company seeking a motivated Warehouse Working Manager to lead our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will not only oversee the warehouse team but also work alongside them to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates (including hiring, scheduling, and performance management)
- Actively participate in daily operations: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
- Monitor productivity and identify process improvements
- Serve as the point of contact for warehouse operations with other departments
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities
- Ability to balance managing people with working alongside the team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with both leadership duties and physical warehouse work
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) a plus
