Warehouse Associate/Inside Sales Representative
We are currently seeking an energetic, full timeWarehouse Associatebased in ourSaskatoon location.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 – 2 years forklift experience with valid operators license.
Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Maintain a professional image and offer a good first impression to customers.
Team-first attitude and ability to be collaborative is essential.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and able to think on the spot to provide accurate information.
Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.
Working in a team environment, your primary responsibility will include (but not limited to):
Accurately prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule (pick, pack, label, load, ship)
Receive and process inbound shipments in a timely manner, using RF scanner.
Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality audit standards.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Develop and maintain product knowledge by attending training sessions and weekly branch meetings.
Follow established quality service standards and comply with company procedures, and regulations.
Provide exceptional Customer Service accurately & efficiently on the phone, in person, via email, etc.
Expedite orders to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved.
Other duties as assigned.
