As our new Warehouse Administrator , your main responsibilities include but are not limited too.
– Assist Customers and Staff with filling orders in a timely fashion.
– Assist the warehouse Associates in prepping products to leave and online store orders
– Reviewing all incoming and outgoing products creating item receipts and bill of lading
– Following trends/ creating monthly reports
– Manage unexpected shortages and delays
– Order product as required
– Schedule trucks for arrival
– Perform physical inventory checks and assist with physical vs digital discrepancies.
– Keep pricing and labels up to date
– Liason for suppliers/vendors/deliveries
The right Candidate for this job will be/have:

– Previous Warehouse or administration experience
