Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. Working in the pro shop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, checkin in tee times, taking calls and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Duties:
– Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
– Answer phones and booking tee times
– Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
– Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
– Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
– Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
– Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
– Taking out and putting away golf carts
Qualifications:
– must be 18+
-will be required to get pro serve
-must have valid drivers license
Must be available weekends
