PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a growing building materials manufacturer in Mancelona that produces wall systems used in construction projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help assemble wall panels in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble wall panels in a manufacturing environment
- Operate nail guns and other tools (training provided)
- Lift and move materials throughout your shift
- Stack lumber and support production flow
- Work on your feet throughout 10-hour shifts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Ability to stand for long periods on concrete floors
- Comfortable lifting heavier materials throughout the day
- Steel-toed boots required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Construction, framing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus—but not required
