Operating a large, company-owned fibre network serving tens of thousands of customers, we have undergone significant growth, modernization, and AI‑driven transformation. This executive will bridge long-term vision with hands-on technical execution to power our next phase of scale.
What You’ll Lead
- Infrastructure Strategy: Define the long‑term evolution, scalability, and architecture of the network.
- High‑Availability Operations: Oversee 24/7 monitoring, capacity planning, and business continuity.
- Core Systems Management: Drive engineering for enterprise systems, virtualization, storage, and hybrid cloud.
- Security & Architecture: Champion robust network architecture, micro-segmentation, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
- AI & Automation: Spearhead automation initiatives to boost operational efficiency and network intelligence.
- Capital Projects: Execute major infrastructure investments, network expansions, and modernization programs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, scale, and lead high-performing network engineering and infrastructure teams.
What You Bring
- Deep Telecom Expertise: 10+ years in telecom, network engineering, or infrastructure operations.
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years managing complex technical teams at an executive or director level.
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on foundation in routing/switching, high‑availability systems, and hybrid cloud.
- Security Acumen: Strong grounding in cybersecurity frameworks and risk mitigation.
- Growth Mindset: Thrives in rapid-growth environments, blending executive vision with a resourceful, builder attitude.

Compensation & Benefits
