Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s offerings. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, identifying potential sales opportunities, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing product training when necessary to enhance the customer experience. Collaboration with team members and clients will be a key component of the role to ensure the success of events and business operations.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Communication and Customer Service to engage clients effectively and handle inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on identifying opportunities and achieving targets
- Experience in providing Training to customers or team members to ensure optimal use of products and services
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in event promotion or the entertainment industry is an asset
