Full job description
Helcim is searching for a talented UX Manager to join us on our mission to become the world’s most loved payments company.
As the UX Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product experience across our payment platform, ensuring seamless, secure, and user-friendly interactions while constantly finding opportunities to addDelightto our products.
You will be leading a team of Product Designers, and collaborate closely with Front-end Development as well as other cross-functional teams to drive the design vision for Helcim.

What you will do
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Collaborate closely with front-end development to own the full design life-cycle from conception to delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and drive the overall design strategy for Helcim’s payments products. Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
Implement design solution that incorporate delightfull esthetics and contribute to elevate the product experience
Conduct or oversee user research activities to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points within the payments domain. Use research findings to inform and validate design decisions.
Uphold design standards and ensure the quality of design deliverables within the payments domain. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
Serve as a strong advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization, specifically in the context of payments. Communicate the value of UX design and contribute to a user-centric mindset across the company.
Who you are
Experienced in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and guide team members.
Impeccable sense of design and aesthetics applied to everything visual.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the design process combined with outstanding visual design skills
Strong understanding of front-end code and its constraints
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the payments domain.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
Previous experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus.
Previous experience as a graphic or visual designer is a plus
