Warehouse Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
DelGate Logistics is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Vancouver team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in 3PL order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
- Oversee 3PL order fulfillment processes and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock organization
- Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and operations teams
- Ensure warehouse procedures are followed properly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Help improve warehouse productivity and workflow
- Operate forklift when required
Requirements:
- Must have experience in 3PL warehouse and order fulfillment
- Must know how to drive a forklift
- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
- Strong understanding of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Forklift certification is an asset
Compensation:
- Pay based on experience
