Truck Driver – HVAC Construction Company Jobs in Somerville, MA at Premier Mechanical
The Role
We’re an HVAC company looking for a reliable driver to keep our techs supplied in the field. You’ll drive our rack body truck (no CDL needed) to job sites, delivering materials and equipment throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver materials and equipment to job sites in our rack body truck
- Load and unload the truck (some heavy lifting)
- Take calls from techs and coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Run to suppliers as needed
- Tag and log packages in our software app
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
What You Need
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some driving experience — comfortable in a larger truck
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable and good on the phone with techs and the office
- Comfortable using a phone/tablet app for tracking packages
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM start. Occasional overtime in busy season.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
