The team at Arvanitis & Associates located in Waterloo, Ontario are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Treatment Coordinator for a full-time position.
The ideal candidate for our team must have in depth knowledge of all aspects of dental treatment including advanced implant procedures, full mouth reconstruction, periodontal surgery & oral surgery techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the schedule for 3 full-time dentists
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling efficiently
- Handle insurance claims, estimates, and follow-ups
- Discuss patient financing options and payment arrangements
- Maintain excellent patient communication and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of treatment coordinator experience in a dental clinic
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedure coding & insurance billing
- Technical: Proficiency in dental practice management software, Dentrix Software experience is an asset
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking and an empathetic approach to treatment presentation
