We are looking for a Buyer to join our Supply Chain team and support our production operations in a manufacturing environment.
This role is at the core of our day-to-day operations; ensuring materials and services are available on time to maintain production flow and meet delivery commitments.
What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinating procurement of materials, services, and components required for production
• Placing and monitoring purchase orders through our ERP system (Visual)
• Following up with suppliers to ensure delivery commitments are met
• Maintaining accurate data (pricing, quantities, lead times, order status)
• Analyzing inventory levels and MRP signals to support production needs
• Identifying supply risks proactively and communicating solutions
• Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or materials coordination in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to ERP / MRP systems
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow through on tasks and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and consistent presence in role
- Bilingual (French / English)
- Experience with Visual ERP (or equivalent) is an asset
