Training Coordinator (Bilingual in Spanish) Jobs in Fort Wayne, IN at Master Spas
MasterSpas is looking for a Bilingual Training Coordinator (Spanish/English) to support and enhance our employee training and development programs across our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new hires, developing team members, and ensuring employees are set up for success from day one.
You’ll lead both classroom and hands-on training, working closely with HR, production leaders, and supervisors to build a strong, knowledgeable workforce. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, and making a direct impact on employee success and retention.
What You’ll Do
New Hire Training & Facilitation
- Lead new hire orientation and deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions.
- Clearly communicate production processes, safety standards, and company expectations in both English and Spanish.
- Help evaluate candidates during the hiring process and support onboarding success.
Coaching & Trainer Development
- Coach supervisors and trainers to improve their ability to teach and lead employees.
- Provide guidance on communication, training methods, and performance expectations.
- Support alignment between training programs and departmental goals.
Training Program Management
- Maintain training matrices and track employee progress, skills, and cross-training efforts.
- Ensure all training records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and implement improvement plans.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure consistency across departments.
Continuous Improvement
- Follow up with employees and supervisors to assess training effectiveness.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to improve training programs.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements that support employee development and operational success.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish required).
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience in training, teaching, coaching, or facilitation preferred.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to build relationships and support employees at all levels.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
