Inside Sales Representative/ Business Development Executive

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm – One Hour Lunch (37.5 hours/week)

Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)

Compensation: $45,000 Base Salary + Commission

OTE (On-Target Earnings): $52,000 – $55,000

Benefits: 15 Days PTO, 5 Paid Sick Days, 8 Paid Federal Holidays, plus Free Coffee & Snacks

Progression – You will train as an Inside Sales Representative before progressing into a Business Development Executive (Performance related)

The Opportunity

Add People is quickly expanding into U.S. territory with our newly established Austin office. Over the last 24 years, we’ve become one of the UK’s largest full-suite digital marketing agencies working with SMBs. We’ve built up a global base of over 4,000 clients, with a team of 250+ people in our Manchester office and are excited to be growing our Austin team. With our rapid growth, we’re now looking to expand our Sales Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

We will provide thorough data on potential clients we know are already using Google Ads. You will prospect leads and close deals for our eCommerce services through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales tools. This is a position that requires cold outreach to potential clients, and your targets will be in relation to generating leads.

  • Be at the forefront of our growth journey as you craft and implement exciting sales strategies tailored to the US market, exceeding targets and making waves in the industry.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions.
  • Utilize video calls for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Showcase your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive forward-thinking business development initiatives.
  • Our sales processes are highly collaborative, so you will work with the account management and technical team to ensure client delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

This is an entry level role so we understand you may not have any formal experience. Show us your track record of success and passion from other areas.

  • Has experience in communicating effectively and demonstrates immense drive to succeed in this field.
  • Shows entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, thriving in a start-up culture that values creativity, agility, and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Great team player but also enjoys a bit of friendly competition.
  • Strong business acumen and a good grip on financial ratios.
  • Has an understanding of digital marketing, specifically PPC operations.
