Experienced Automotive Title Clerk Boca Raton Area Car Dealership
We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our busy and growing dealership in the Boca Raton area.
Automotive title experience is required. Applicants without prior dealership title and registration experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and submit title paperwork to the appropriate state agencies
- Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Process transfers, duplicate titles, and lien releases
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Track title status and resolve title-related issues
- Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, and management teams
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Requirements
- Previous automotive title clerk experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of Florida title and registration procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and dealership software experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
