We are seeking 2–3 dependable Temporary Project Support Technicians to assist with an upcoming short-term outdoor project in Mt. Juliet, TN. This role will focus on supporting operational needs including foot traffic management, equipment handling, and general pressure washing assistance.
Key Responsibilities: Team members will be assigned to one or more of the following duties based on project needs:
- Walking Traffic Management
- Direct pedestrian foot traffic safely through designated areas
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Hose & Equipment Handling
- Move, position, and manage hoses used for pressure washing operations
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment
- Pressure Washing Support
- Provide general assistance to pressure washing crews
- Help maintain workflow efficiency and equipment readiness
- Support overall project success by assisting with general labor tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule
- Comfortable performing physical tasks (walking, standing, lifting, etc.)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 40–50 lbs as needed)
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
Additional Information
- This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 10–12 days
- Opportunity for extended or future project work based on performance and business needs
- On-site work required in Mt. Juliet, TN
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
