Technical Virtual Assistant Support Jobs in Remote at The Champagne Collective Ltd.
The Champagne Collective is looking to hire an established Technical Virtual Assistant who specializes in integration, troubleshooting software programs, and all things tech, to join our growing, dynamic, and fun team.
Tasks Include but are not limited to;
-Connecting multiple software programs via native integrations or Zapier
-Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of Shopify-Maintenance of Wordpress websites-G4 setup and troubleshooting-Checkout cart setup and integration-Funnel setup and troubleshooting-Produce analytics reports for websites and sales stats (weekly and monthly)
-Program transfers (i.e. moving from one Learning Management system (such as Kajabi) to another (such as Learn+)-SEO based task (not required but if knowledge exists would be nice to have)-Other tasks as requested
Must be proficient in the following programs;
Deadline Funnel
EasyWebinar and WebinarJam
Thrivecart
Zapier
Active Campaign
Shopify
Convertkit
Wordpress
Kajabi
Learn+
Squarespace
Klaviyo
Podia
Mighty Networks
Google Analytics
UTM codes
ManyChat
Go High Level – less important but would be nice
Position Details:
-Only accepting applications who are established of Technical Virtual Assistants with extensive program experience
– Rate will be determined based on experience and skill set
– Role includes approximately 25-30 hours of work per week (possibility to grow to full time)
– Start date is April 15, 2024
-Training will be provided for any required programs you do not currently know
-Must be located within 3 hours of a Pacific time zone
