Responsibilities:
- Prepare tea, coffee, drinks, and desserts
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take orders, handle payments, and keep the work area organized
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Prepare pastries, cakes, and special orders
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Follow store standards, recipes, and manager instructions
- Support daily operations and team task
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Hardworking and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and good teamwork
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently after training
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous café, bakery, food service, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
