We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in corporate headhunting and executive hiring. This role is ideal for someone experienced in retail recruitment across multiple corporate functions, with a proven ability to engage and secure top-tier leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and leadership roles across HR, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Development, and E-Commerce

• Develop and execute strategic headhunting and proactive sourcing approaches

• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify high-caliber candidates

• Build and maintain strong pipelines for leadership and niche roles

• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy

• Engage and manage passive candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

• Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks

• Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and market insights

• Support recruitment strategy discussions and talent planning initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with strong focus on corporate and leadership hiring

• Proven background in retail/Warehouse headhunting across corporate functions

• Demonstrated success in executive search and sourcing passive candidates

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring needs

• Familiarity with U.S./global market dynamics is preferred

• Experience with ATS platforms is a plus

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is required
