What You’ll Do
As a Lead Driver & Crew Leader, you will:
- Safely operate non-CDL moving trucks
- Lead crews on residential and commercial moving jobs
- Load, unload, protect, and transport customer belongings
- Keep crews organized, productive, and on schedule
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout each move
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Help create a positive experience for customers and team members alike

What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a physically active role
- Customer-service mindset
- Ability to stay organized and lead under pressure
- Moving, delivery, warehouse, logistics, or labor leadership experience is a major plus
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- No CDL required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our West Hartford location
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
