BZBee Cleaning is a local commercial cleaning company serving businesses throughout El Paso. We provide recurring cleaning services for offices, clinics, professional buildings, and other commercial facilities. We are hiring an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative to help us win new recurring accounts by prospecting, completing walkthroughs, presenting proposals, following up with decision-makers, and closing new business.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, field-based B2B sales role focused on winning new recurring commercial cleaning accounts. We are looking for someone who already understands B2B sales and is comfortable with outbound prospecting, in-person visits, follow-up, proposal presentation, and closing. Success in this role requires consistent daily activity, accurate CRM documentation, and the discipline to work a defined sales process.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect local businesses that fit BZBee’s target client profile.
  • Make outbound calls, conduct in-person visits, and follow up with prospects consistently.
  • Identify decision-makers and start conversations with businesses that may need better commercial cleaning service.
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings, follow-up visits, and walkthroughs with prospective commercial clients.
  • Ask clear questions during sales conversations, meetings, and walkthroughs to understand the prospect’s current cleaning situation, problems, expectations, timing, and decision process.
  • Present proposals and follow up with decision-makers to move opportunities forward.
  • Close new recurring commercial cleaning accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity records, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updates.
  • Participate in regular sales activity and pipeline reviews with management.
  • Work within BZBee’s defined sales process while continuing to improve through feedback and repetition.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior B2B sales experience is required.
  • Experience selling services to businesses, especially in a similar service-based industry, is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up.
  • Able to create new opportunities instead of relying only on inbound leads.
  • Strong communication skills with business owners, office managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM updates, follow-up tasks, and pipeline management.
  • Comfortable with clear sales activity expectations, pipeline reviews, and performance accountability.
  • Coachable and willing to follow a defined sales process.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to represent BZBee well in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently producing daily sales activity through calls, field visits, follow-up, and prospecting.
  • Creating new conversations with businesses that fit BZBee’s target client profile.
  • Scheduling and completing face-to-face meetings, follow-up visits, and walkthroughs with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining active follow-up with prospects, open proposals, and future opportunities.
  • Presenting proposals clearly and moving qualified opportunities toward a decision.
  • Closing new recurring commercial cleaning accounts.
  • Meeting defined sales activity expectations, pipeline goals, and revenue growth targets.
  • Keeping the CRM accurate, current, and aligned with actual sales activity.
  • Showing steady improvement through feedback, repetition, and consistent execution.

Compensation

  • Base salary of $50,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities.
  • Commission/bonus opportunities are tied to new recurring commercial cleaning accounts sold.

Schedule / Location

  • Full-time position based in El Paso, TX.
  • This is an in-person role with a mix of field sales activity and office-based sales work.
  • Field sales activity includes in-person prospecting, face-to-face meetings, follow-up visits, and walkthroughs with prospective commercial clients.
  • Office-based sales work includes outbound calls, follow-up, CRM updates, proposal work, sales planning, sales meetings, and pipeline reviews.
  • Reliable transportation and local travel throughout the El Paso area are required.
