- Have some pool service experience, or are eager to learn quickly (paid training provided)
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and are interested in owning their own business down the line (and are ready to prove this by treating their pool route as their own)
- Enjoy spending time outdoors
- Have a professional appearance and demeanor with customers
- Are motivated and show great attention to detail
- Can troubleshoot and think critically on-the-job

- Are comfortable driving a truck from our fleet

Required Criteria of a Pool Technician:
To apply, a Pool Technician must:
- Be able to lift 50 lbs and ready to get their hands wet
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Pass a background check
- Be comfortable around dogs
- Must be age 23 or older with 2 years minimum driving experience for insurance purposes
- Own a smartphone with app and camera capabilities
Competitive pay: between $22-$24 per hour – adjusted according to experience and performance
