What to Expect:You will be responsible for providing accurate customer insights and creating a strong alignment with the customer replenishment team while enhancing the use of digitalization and automation. In addition to that you will play an important role through support on reporting and driving actions to address root causes of supply flow variability with the customer.

A day in the life of a Customer Supply Chain Analyst & Vendor managed inventory

Collaborate with customers to ensure seamless operations and enhance execution.

Lead proactive meetings, aligning forecasts for accurate demand planning and inventory management.

Drive growth by providing insights for On Shelf Availability (OSA) and identifying improvement opportunities.

Minimize Bad Goods by working collaboratively with our Sales and Vendor managed inventory (VMI) teams

Collaborate with VMI Replenishment Planners

Optimize the shared value chain through customer-specific projects, enhancing supply chain efficiency.

Influence customer decisions to maximize profitability for Nestlé and the customer.

Reduce operational costs and drive Nestlé volume through strategic initiatives.

Develop and maintain scorecards for effective decision-making and performance evaluation.

Identify and address shortages, improving service levels and customer satisfaction

Role Requirements

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and proven problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented and results-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Ability to gain insights, develop recommendations, and manage multiple complex priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Excel & SAP

Experience in Supply Chain Planning & procurement
