As part of the Refinity Homes team, you’ll be at the forefront of the proptech revolution, working alongside a dynamic group of professionals with backgrounds from leading technology firms and real estate conglomerates. Our goal is to scale, setting the stage for a strategic acquisition. This role is pivotal in driving our operational excellence, optimizing our product offerings, and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving market. We are a scrappy, early-stage startup with lots of room for building process and strategy from Day 1.
Role Summary:
The Strategy & Business Operations Associate/Manager will act as the linchpin within Refinity Homes, harmonizing operations, product development, and data analytics to foster groundbreaking solutions in the real estate domain. Your role will entail deep diving into data, deriving actionable insights, and spearheading strategic initiatives across various departments to augment our business performance and customer satisfaction. You role will also lead a team of client success associates to improve the customer experience of all stakeholders such as leasing leads, residents, homeowners, invetors, and vendors. You will also spreadhead and execute new processes in sales and onboarding of new properties, leasing, and post-leasing property management.
What You’ll Do:
Engineer and implement robust analytical frameworks to support decision-making across business verticals, enhancing operational efficiency and product innovation.
Craft and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing a clear lens on the company’s operational health and strategic direction.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks, leveraging your analytical acumen to propel Refinity Homes towards its ambitious goals.
Champion a culture of excellence, transparency, and innovation, aligning with our core mission to revolutionize the real estate landscape.
