Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and graphic design, with proficiency in various tools and platforms such as Google Ads, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online sales.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and conversion optimization.
- Conduct extensive keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.
- Create, edit, and design engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop and other tools for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and SEO compliance.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, and track engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and platform updates to keep strategies innovative.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and related platforms.
- Skilled in graphic design with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to conduct effective keyword research to enhance organic search performance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
