Role Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound and ecosystem-driven relationships.
- Own client relationships from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
- Lead high-stakes conversations with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
- Shape proposals and deal structures for complex AI deployments.
- Partner with internal teams to align customer needs with execution.
- Ensure successful deployment and expansion of AI systems within customer workflows.
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility and strategic signal for internal decision-making.
- Surface product feedback and market insights to inform roadmap and positioning.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong technical intuition.
- Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or highly technical environments.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
- Comfort operating with evolving product surfaces and ambiguous technical requirements.
- Strong ownership mindset with bias toward action and long-term account growth.
