Job Summary

In this vital role, you will assist with daily store operations, manage inventory, support merchandising efforts, support the service department, and deliver exceptional customer service. Duties
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance visual appeal and safety.
- Support inventory management activities including inventory control, stock replenishment, and accurate pricing using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Help implement planograms and visual design standards to ensure attractive product displays aligned with branding strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding shoppers, and supporting sales initiatives to meet retail goals.
- Participate in remodeling or interior design projects by preparing spaces, managing supplies, and coordinating with team members for smooth execution.
- Support store management with administrative tasks such as cash handling, cashiering, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring products are correctly labeled and organized.
- Help customers with diagnosing issues, selling customers parts, and providing technical service.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, pricing strategies, and sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Technical work and an ability to learn new mechanical skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, retail math, cash handling procedures, and administrative tasks.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
