What you’ll be doing
Map user experience workflow and questions for various use cases
Review customer experiences and identify paint points.
Participate in digital team meetings
Work with team on projects as assigned.
Write Frequently Asked Questions and blog content
What you bring
Has experience working in teams and collaborating.
Detailed oriented, including taking notes
Experience in customer facing role, that developed a sense of customer empathy
Experience creating flow charts and customer journey maps desired
Able to handle tight timeless and work with a sense of urgency
Strong communication skills
The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
