We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our AI-focused startup developing custom solutions for enterprise development teams. You will work collaboratively as part of a small, agile team building innovative products from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems and architecture using Go and Python
- Build and/or fine-tune custom natural language processing models
- Troubleshoot and debug code issues as they arise
- Contribute ideas to improve software design and functionality
- Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions
Requirements:
- 3+ years professional software development experience
- Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts and applications
- Proficiency in Go programming
- Experience with Python for AI/ML development
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Passion for AI/ML with interest in startup environments
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- CS degree or equivalent work experience
