Responsibilities:
Capture and share live content (photos, videos, stories) during peak times and special events, showcasing the lively atmosphere of our venues.
Actively manage posts on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) to engage our audience and expand our digital footprint.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for efficiently planning and scheduling posts related to upcoming events, promotions, and key highlights.
Interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating a welcoming and engaging online environment.
Utilize analytics to track social media performance, making data-driven adjustments to content strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives and promotional campaigns.
Keep up with the latest trends and tools in social media to continually enhance our digital presence.
Qualifications:
A knack for storytelling and capturing attention-grabbing content in live settings.
Proficiency across major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) and an understanding of how to maximize engagement on each.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect with and grow our online community.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to cover key events and busy periods.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas to the team. – Familiarity with photo and video editing software is a plus.
