bluboho is not traditional retail. we are a storytelling-led, design-forward fine jewelry brand rooted in love, memory, and meaning, and we define what conscious jewelry means.
We are entering our next phase of growth — scaling and expanding — and we’re hiring a social & design story lead to help us get there.
This is not a “content coordinator” role.
This is a builder role.
We’re looking for someone scrappy, culturally fluent, design-obsessed, and social-native — someone who understands how to turn community into conversion.

THE ROLE
You will own and evolve bluboho’s social presence — visually, narratively, and strategically.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of:
- Social storytelling
- Graphic design
- Content creation
- Brand building
- Performance thinking
You will translate product launches, campaigns, and in-store moments into social stories that grow the audience and drive revenue.
You will report to the Creative Director and work closely with marketing and e-commerce.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Social Growth & Storytelling
- Lead Instagram expression (posts, reels, stories)
- Develop storytelling arcs around launches and moments
- Build and manage monthly + weekly content calendars
- Introduce performance thinking into creative decisions
- Track trends and identify culturally relevant opportunities
- Maintain 15–20% content agility for timely pivots
- We want someone who understands:
- Follower growth is not vanity — it’s future revenue.
Content Creation & Design Execution
You will design and produce:
- Instagram posts (static & carousel)
- Reels graphics and covers
- Stories
- Paid social assets
- Launch moments
You’ll collaborate on shoot concepts and extend campaign assets across digital touch points.
- Designing a refined carousel
- Editing a compelling reel
- Building a paid ad creative variation
- Translating campaign art into conversion-ready assets
Brand Consistency Across Channels
Ensure cohesion across:
- Organic social
- Paid media
- Email graphics
- Website banners
- In-store collateral
- This role requires taste and discipline.

Bonus:
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or premium retail
- Passion for storytelling-led brands
- Love of jewelry and meaningful design
EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years in social, content, or brand design
- Graphic design diploma or degree
- Experience building and executing content calendars
- Proven ability to grow audience or engagement
- Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite
- Video editing proficiency
- Mac-based workflow
- Experience with Asana or similar PM tools
