Munro Outdoor is hiring a team members who can bring skill, pride, and craftsmanship to high-end outdoor living projects.
Availalable Positions:
-Journeyman ($20.25-24/hour)
-Assistant Team Lead ($24-28/hour)
We create exceptional outdoor spaces, landscapes, and in-ground pools and spas for homeowners who want beautiful, functional spaces for family enjoyment and entertaining. We’re looking for someone who already has a solid foundation in the trade and is ready to perform with increasing independence and responsibility.
What you’ll do
- Execute landscape and hardscape work with quality and precision
- Perform skilled installation work with minimal supervision
- Read plans, follow specifications, and maintain company standards
- Assist with paver installation, wall systems, grading, drainage, softscape, and lighting work
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for the job
- Help solve problems in the field and keep work moving forward
- Support crew success through communication, teamwork, and accountability
What we’re looking for
- Landscape construction or hardscape installation experience
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality results
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and proper tool use
- Experience with pavers, walls, grading, drainage, or similar installation work
- Good communication and a team-first mindset
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Ideal qualifications
- Experience cutting and installing pavers
- Experience with wall installation and site elevations
- Familiarity with drainage, fabric, pipe, and base preparation
- Ability to read layouts or blueprints
- Experience with lighting installation is a plus
- Industry training or certifications are a plus

Pay: $20.25 – $30.00 per hour
