We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support our excavation, landscaping, and irrigation crews. We are currently hiring full-time, year-round employees. Our seasonal positions are already filled, and we are seeking reliable team members looking for long-term, permanent employment.
The General Laborer works under the direction of a Foreman or Superintendent and plays a key role in maintaining organized, safe, and efficient jobsites.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform general labor tasks to support excavation, landscaping, and irrigation operations
- Assist with site preparation, trenching support, grading, and backfilling
- Support concrete prep, demolition, and landscaping installations
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Handle, move, and stage materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain job-site cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Follow all instructions from Foremen and Superintendents accurately
- Remain alert and aware of surroundings, including equipment and hazards
- Assist with daily equipment care (fueling, greasing, fluid checks)
- Perform other duties as assigned to support crew productivity
- Safely operate trucks and trailers to haul equipment to and from job sites
Expectations
- Typically, four 10-hour shifts per week
- You must arrive on time and work full scheduled shifts
- Able to physically push, pull, carry up to 50 pounds consistently and repeatedly
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Able to pass a drug screen and background screening

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
