Job Description
Orientate new unit owners on maintenance and use of their purchases
Provide post-sales support and information
Sale of parts and accessories
Supervision of other Show-thru personnel
Other Duties as required by the General Sales Manager
Education
High school education is an asset
Thorough knowledge of all units, product and RV accessories
Strong customer service skills
Show initiative and work well with minimum supervision
Must be willing to take regular WHMIS, First Aid and other occupational training as provided by the company
Skills
Ability to multitask
Courteous and outgoing personality
Professional
Able to take direction and see a job through with limited supervision
The ability to work independently and as a team member
Work Environment:
Will work in the show room, service shop and outside in the lot
Professional and friendly appearance required at all times
They may be required to work off site for RV Shows.
They will be required to work weekend and evenings, especially during the busy season of April through September.
Reports to:
The show-through supervisor reports to the General Sales manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
