Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Employment Type: Hybrid
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Responsibilities:
Supervise accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Oversee payroll processing and compliance
Prepare financial reports and analysis
Coordinate internal and external audits
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA designation preferred
5+ years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
