Shop Labourer – Lead
Job Description:
Answer Trailer Rentals & Sales is looking for a full-time Shop Labour Team Lead. Tasks include washing trailers and equipment, service shop cleaning, warehouse duties, yard maintenance and guiding a small team of labour team members. A successful candidate in this role will report to the Service Manager and thrive in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and guide the labourer team.
· Setting daily and weekly goals for the team and hitting those targets.
· Taking responsibility for key objectives within the company.
· Wash equipment and general housekeeping tasks.
· Capable of working with minimal supervision.
· Committed to a safe work environment.
· Able to work in a fast-paced, pressure filled environment.
· Work under tight deadlines, doing repetitive tasks.
· Physically demanding environment, needing manual dexterity.
· Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye co-ordination.
· Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
· Shop cleaning and warehouse organization when instructed.
· Available to work overtime as required.
Qualifications:
· Must have experience in a supervisor or lead role.
· Good written and oral communication skills.
· Skidsteer or forklift experience an asset.
· Able to lift 50lbs (23 Kg).
· Must have own transportation as location is not serviced by public transportation.

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
