Job Summary
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Shipping, Receiving, and Order Fulfillment Associate! In this energetic role, you will ensure that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to meet customer expectations. This is a fast pace environment requiring physical labor and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload shipments utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks with safety and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by applying proper packaging techniques to safeguard products during transit.
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against purchase orders, and document all shipping & receiving activities.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks following safety protocols to facilitate smooth warehouse distribution.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory movements, order status updates, and shipment documentation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or stock management is great, BUT WILL TRAIN MOTIVATED, HARDWORKING PEOPLE.
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is plus.
- Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order fulfillment.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods.

- Operar equipos de almacén como montacargas y montacargas de alcance siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad para facilitar una distribución eficiente.
- Ayudar a mantener registros precisos de movimientos de inventario, actualizaciones del estado de pedidos y documentación de envíos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en operaciones de almacén, incluyendo envíos y recepción, cumplimiento de pedidos o manejo de inventario es ideal, PERO CAPACITAMOS A PERSONAS MOTIVADAS Y TRABAJADORAS.
- Capacidad para operar montacargas, montacargas de alcance, transpaletas y otros equipos de almacén de manera segura; certificación de montacargas es un plus.
- Habilidades básicas de matemáticas para conteo de inventario, mediciones y cálculos relacionados con el cumplimiento de pedidos.
- Buena condición física con la capacidad de levantar objetos pesados regularmente y permanecer de pie por períodos prolongados.
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
