Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and potential entry points.
- Apply liquid treatments, baiting systems, or foam applications using hand tools and power tools to eliminate termite colonies effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations for each customer.
- Operate various hand tools to prepare treatment sites and maintain work areas.
- Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, safety precautions, and post-treatment care instructions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or other equipment used in pest management.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely. Good driving record and able to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills for identifying signs of termite activity.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Good communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
